Analogies - We skipped this today (higher level/critical thinking skills).
Creativity/Critical Thinking – Students designed mazes for their friend to solve. (creativity/logic thinking skills).
Game/Business PBL – I introduced Tinkercad.com to the class. Student pairs worked to design pieces for their games. We discussed scale, millimeters vs. inches, fractions, etc. The children used my account. I told them they are welcome to work on the pieces at home (see below); however, I will give them more class time to design. This is completely optional. I would appreciate parental supervision, because I do not want to risk anyone going into a project other than one’s own and making changes. (reading comprehension, higher level thinking skills).
